How to Register for Your Resident Portal
Your home should be easy to manage — and the Resident Portal makes that possible. From submitting service requests to viewing lease details and staying connected with your community, everything you need is in one place. If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry — getting started only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Get Your Resident Code
When you moved in, you should have received an email invitation to create your Resident Portal account. If you don’t have the email or aren’t sure whether you’ve registered before, just contact your leasing office and request your Resident Code.
This code allows you to activate or re-activate your account.
Step 2: Log In or Create Your Account
- Visit your community’s website.
- Select Residents → Resident Portal.
- If you have lived at another Hawthorne community previously, you may already have an account. If prompted, select “Use my existing account” and sign in!

Step 3: Download the Hawthorne Life App (Optional — but Recommended!)
Once your account is set up, download the Hawthorne Life app to manage everything on the go:
- Submit service requests
- Make payments
- Receive community updates
- And more!
Find it in the App Store or Google Play — just log in with your Resident Portal credentials.
